My name is Kelsey, and I am so glad you have decided to join me at Karuna Wellness. Sports and fitness has played a big role in my life for over 20 years. I had always kept good personal health. While living in Dallas, TX at the age of 27 I started having issues digesting animal products. After 6 months of changing my diet numerous times I discovered that a vegan diet was best for my body. Over 2 years later I am still going strong as a plant-based vegan and down over 50lbs. 

 

Since 2020, I’ve been helping my clients find their optimal wellness through developing a deeper understanding of their habits and lifestyle choices. As a certified Health Coach, I aim to create a life balance that prioritizes your well-being and celebrates all aspects of your true self. It’s time to start nurturing your body and soul again. I provide comprehensive services to guide and help you feel the confidence and support you need to overcome your challenges. I understand the weight and frustration of feeling like there is more out there for you, but not knowing where to turn to first. That’s why my mission is simple: give my clients the wellness education, tools and resources that they need to feel happy, healthy, and capable of managing life’s pressures.

As an experienced Yoga Instructor since 2020, my goal has been to help your body and mind connect. Situated in the St. Louis, Missouri area, I incorporate a variety of traditional practices in movement, breath, and meditation to help each student practice their own unique form of yoga. I believe in living a life free of judgement, filled with joy and gratitude. These feelings inform and guide my teaching and practice, which is focused on helping my students better connect to themselves and their surroundings. Since I’ve tapped into the world of yoga, I’ve been lucky to learn from wise and inspiring individuals. Having the chance to share those lessons and experiences with my students fills me with joy. My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Drawing on my expertise, I work with my clients to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.

 

Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationships as well as career and money. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life.
