A Health Coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. 

As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you.

Starting at $100 a month.

Together we will:

  • Connect the dots between who you are and who you want to be

  • Create your personal blueprint

  • Decipher your body’s unique needs

  • Set your personal goals and work towards sustainable change

  • 3 or 6 Month Program 

  • Two 60 Minute sessions per month

  • Email support between sessions

  • App Based Customized Meal Planning w/ MealGarden

  • Handouts specific to your needs and goals

  • One on One Guided Mediation & Yoga Sessions 

Meal Planning

Are you interested in changing your diet? Interested in gaining muscle mass by being a strict pescatarian? Are you struggling with what  to eat everyday? Needing more discipline on your potion intake? Are you an on-the-go person? Or are you simply tired of the same diets getting nowhere and are officially ready to make that change? I'm here to help!

Plans start at $50 a month.

  • Month to Month Program 

  • One 60 Minute Session per month

  • App Based Customized Meal Planning w/ MealGarden

  • Weekly meal plan customized for your individual-bio needs

  • Email support between sessions

Guided Meditation

I am a certified Meditation Teacher trained in several types of meditation; Hindu, Buddhist, Chinese and Christian meditation. Meditation has been a part of my daily life for over 3 years. The practice of meditation has done wonders for my Spirituality life, personal life, mental health and more. Whether you’re a first time beginner or advanced, I’m here to hold your hand and fully prepare to guide you through meditation. Group Meditation and Private Sessions are available.

 

I am also holding Meditation Classes at Brick City Yoga located in St. Louis, MO. All classes are $10, and typically 9am on Saturday mornings. Join Us!
